Terms and conditions of service provision

Terms and conditions relating to the Lyrium services available for purchase online.

Last updated: 11 June 2026. These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of Lyrium digital services provided by the Operator via the website and associated technical platforms.

1. Administrator and scope of the terms and conditions

Lyrium is managed by Lycnos di Fois Alessandro, Via Don Mosetto, 59, 10015 Ivrea (TO), Fiscal Code FSOLSN59M29B354H, VAT no. 12208440011, Turin Chamber of Commerce REA no. TO - 1318099, INPS registration no. 21798721, INAIL registration no. 18322215, hereinafter referred to as "Lyrium" or "Manager".

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to digital services sold by Lyrium to the artist, the artist’s representative, the band, the organisation or the individual purchasing a platform service: Premium membership plans, renewals, upgrades, reactivations, Basic data usage unlocks for contact details, and any other technical services specified at checkout.

The relationship between the artist and the client remains distinct from the artistic performance. Lyrium does not sell the artist’s performance, does not organise the event, does not collect the artist’s fee, does not retain any commission on the performance, and does not become a party to any agreement that may be concluded between the client and the artist. The Artists and Professionals Regulations and the Organisers’ Regulations also remain applicable to the use of the platform.

2. Services available for purchase

Services available for purchase via Lyrium may include: annual Premium plans, renewals, upgrades, downgrades (with the technical implications specified in the process), reactivations, one-off data unlock requests under the Basic plan, and additional digital services explicitly described prior to payment.

The Basic plan remains free within the published limits unless pay-as-you-go access is requested. Premium plans offer benefits relating to visibility, territories, media, listing features and enquiry management, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

Limitations, benefits, territories, publishable content, contact channels, rankings, duration, renewals, Basic account unlocks and operational implications are governed by the Membership page, from the schedule shown in the technical programme, from the Artists and Professionals Regulations, and from the Membership and Withdrawal document.

3. Prices, technical specifications and duration

Prices, taxes, duration, selected plan, any discounts, the amount due and the service purchased are as shown in the Lyrium interface and at checkout at the time of ordering. The artist must check these details before confirming payment.

Technical offers generated by Lyrium may be personalised, linked to a specific artist, plan, request or operational token, and may have an expiry date or internal status. An offer that has expired, been cancelled, replaced or is no longer available does not oblige Lyrium to apply terms and conditions that are no longer published or are no longer technically valid.

Payment for a Premium plan covers the digital platform service for the specified period. Payment for the Basic unlock covers the communication or provision of full details relating to a specific request, not the securing of the artistic commission.

4. Ordering, checkout and payment

Checkout can be managed via WooCommerce and the payment gateways configured on the website. The WooCommerce products used by Lyrium are technical tools for payment processing and order registration; AF Lyrium remains the operational source for rights, plans, membership status, unlocks and notifications.

The order is deemed to have been received once the system has successfully processed the payment or the equivalent status as defined by the payment gateway. If the payment is not completed, is declined, remains pending, or is not in line with the technical specifications, Lyrium may not activate the service until the matter has been resolved.

Any costs, fees or restrictions imposed by banks, card issuers, digital wallets, payment gateways or payment providers remain governed by their respective contractual agreements. Lyrium does not retain full payment details where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

5. Activation and provision of the service

Lyrium’s digital services can be activated immediately after payment or following technical confirmation of the order. With Premium plans, activation can make features, visibility, territories, media, channels and request streams available immediately. With the Basic unlock, the full request data can be made available or sent to the artist once the technical unlock has been completed.

In the event of a technical issue, a discrepancy between the payment and the Lyrium status, a double charge, an error in the amount, or failure to apply the purchased service, the artist must contact the Lyrium Support Centre, specifying the account, artist, order, payment, plan or request in question.

The failure to receive assignments, replies, accepted quotes, commercial results or opportunities deemed satisfactory does not constitute a defect in the service purchased, unless there is a technical error directly attributable to Lyrium.

6. Invoicing, receipts and tax information

Lyrium collects the tax data required for order management, accounting and applicable obligations. Invoicing can be managed via WooCommerce, Fattura24 or other accounting tools configured by the Administrator.

The purchaser must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date tax details, including their tax reference number, VAT number, address, recipient code, certified email address (PEC) or any other details required based on their declared status. Errors, omissions or incorrect details may prevent or delay the issue, correction or delivery of the tax document.

The Privacy and Cookie Policy applies to the processing of data relating to payments, orders, invoicing, logs and accounting obligations.

7. Cancellation, refunds, chargebacks and deactivations

Withdrawal, refunds, account deactivation, non-renewal, Basic account reactivation, technical errors, charge reversals and the assessment of refund claims are governed by the document ‘Membership and Withdrawal’, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Where the purchaser is acting in the course of their professional, artistic, business or associative activities, or in any other capacity to promote artistic services, the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers in distance contracts does not apply. If, in a specific case, the purchaser acts as a consumer, the mandatory rights applicable and the exceptions provided for by law for digital services that have been activated or data that has already been made available remain unaffected.

No refunds will be issued in the event of a failure to reach an agreement with the applicant, a lack of response from the applicant, an unwelcome request, inadequate remuneration, a lack of assignments, failure to achieve commercial results, voluntary non-use of the plan or voluntary cancellation of the account, except where required by law, a technical error attributable to Lyrium or a different decision expressly made by the Manager.

8. Relations with applicants, organisers and artists

The applicant or organiser uses Lyrium to search for artists and send requests in accordance with the Organisers’ Regulations. Any negotiations regarding the performance, availability, price, quotation, advance payments, invoicing for the artistic performance, permits, safety, timings, equipment and liability for the event take place directly between the applicant and the artist.

Lyrium does not guarantee that an enquiry will result in a contract, that the enquirer will respond, that the artist will be selected, that the quote will be accepted, or that the event will take place. The artist remains responsible for the artistic performance, as well as for their professional, tax, social security, licensing and organisational obligations.

9. Proper use, suspensions and breaches

The service purchased must be used in accordance with the Artists and Professionals Regulations, the Organisers’ Regulations where applicable, the Privacy and Cookie Policy, Lyrium’s technical rules and the law. False data, abuse, circumvention of Basic/Premium data flows, scraping, spam, unlawful use of data, harmful content or conduct that compromises the security, fairness or reliability of the platform are prohibited.

Breaches, non-payment, technical risks, requests from the authorities or the need to protect the platform may result in the restriction, suspension or closure of accounts, profiles, features or services, without refund where such measures are attributable to the user’s conduct, without prejudice to Lyrium’s direct and non-excludable liability.

10. Privacy, communications and related documents

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Reviews, testimonials and public replies are also governed by the Reviews and Testimonials document. Operational communications regarding registration, payments, renewals, account unblocking, enquiries and support form part of the service agreed upon where necessary for the performance of the contract.

The linked documents must be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions: Terms and Conditions for Artists and Professionals, Terms and Conditions for Organisers, Membership and Withdrawal, Privacy and Cookie Policy, and Reviews and References.

11. Customer support, complaints and applicable law

Enquiries regarding orders, payments, invoices, activations, technical issues, cancellations or refunds must be submitted via the Lyrium Support Centre or using the contact details provided in the Privacy and Cookie Policy, attaching any information necessary to identify the order, account, artist, plan or enquiry.

This agreement is governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory provisions that may apply in relation to consumer protection, privacy, security, tax obligations and non-waivable liabilities.
