Last updated: 10 July 2026. This regulation governs, with contractual effectiveness within the limits of the law, the relationship between Lyrium and artists, professionals, groups, referrers or subjects applying for publication on the platform.
1. Manager and service
The Lyrium platform is managed by Lycnos di Fois Alessandro, Via Don Mosetto, 59, 10015 Ivrea (TO), Fiscal Code FSOLSN59M29B354H, VAT no. 12208440011, Turin Chamber of Commerce REA no. TO - 1318099, INPS registration no. 21798721, INAIL registration no. 18322215, hereinafter referred to as "Lyrium" or "Manager".
Lyrium is an Italian digital service that provides tools for publication, presentation, research, visibility and networking for artists and arts professionals. The service offered to artists includes a presence on the platform, technical management of their profile, visibility, membership plans and the request workflows provided under the chosen plan.
Accessing, registering, publishing a card, joining a plan or using the Lyrium streams implies acceptance of these regulations, the responsibilities and indemnities stated herein. Minors may use registration, publication, or request functions only through a parent, guardian, or authorised person.
2. Essential Flow and Separate Relationships
Lyrium publishes and makes the artist's file searchable, technically organises the information and allows applicants to consult it or send requests. The artist creates, integrates, updates and validates the contents of their file, chooses the available plan and manages any contacts, negotiations and assignments themselves.
Lyrium does not provide the artistic service, does not sell the artist's performance, does not organise the event, does not make artistic recommendations to applicants for payment, does not select the artist on behalf of the applicant, does not impose prices, does not collect the artistic fee, does not retain commission on the performance and does not direct the performance of the event.
Any relationship between the artist and the applicant remains autonomous, direct and external to the contractual relationship between the artist and Lyrium. For this reason, to the extent permitted by law, the artist indemnifies and holds Lyrium harmless from any claims, damages, disputes or costs related to the negotiation, quote, acceptance, execution or non-execution of the artistic performance.
The provisions of these Regulations relating to profiles created, supplemented, updated or validated by the Artist/Professional apply to profiles requested, claimed, validated or managed by the data subject. Any free information profiles prepared by Lyrium prior to the data subject’s registration, claim or validation, based on professional data already publicly available, are also governed by the document "Criteria for the publication and management of free Lyrium profiles".
3. Registration, qualification and declared data
The artist must register with data that is true, up-to-date, complete and referable to his activity. If he operates as a professional, a company, an association, a group leader, a collaborator or an occasional subject, he must declare this correctly and assume the obligations associated with his qualification.
The account becomes operational following the required technical verification, including confirmation of the email address. Credentials and access are personal, non-transferable and must be guarded with diligence. The artist must promptly notify Lyrium in the event of unauthorised use, loss of credentials or suspected abuse.
The Artist is responsible for the information provided during registration and account management and, except in the case of unattributable and promptly reported abuse, for the operations performed through his/her account. Lyrium is not responsible for false, incomplete, out-of-date data or data referring to unauthorised parties, except for direct and non-excludable liability of the Manager.
4. Artist/Professional Profile, content and rights
The Artist/Professional profile is a space for promotional and professional presentation made available to the artist. Texts, images, audio, video, links, trademarks, stage names, repertoires, indicative prices, areas of operation, equipment, technical requirements and booking information are provided, uploaded or validated by the artist, except for technical elements generated automatically by the platform.
The artist declares that he/she has the necessary rights, licences, authorisations and consents to publish the materials, including those relating to recognisable persons, authors, performers, photographers, producers, trademarks, works, recordings and content of third parties.
Content that is illicit, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, damaging to the rights of others, irrelevant or aimed at circumventing Lyrium's flows is not permitted. The artist indemnifies Lyrium from claims by third parties, authorities or claimants related to content, statements, omissions, materials or rights not properly handled by the artist.
The artist grants Lyrium a non-exclusive, royalty-free and limited licence to host, display, technically adapt, normalise, crop, layout, index, translate through front-end tools where available and promote the card within the Lyrium platform and communications linked to the service, without intentionally altering the substantial meaning of the content provided by the artist.
5. Plans, prices and technical products
The Basic plan allows initial presence according to published limits, without a periodic membership fee. Premium plans grant additional rights to visibility, territories, media, contact channels and management of enquiries according to the plan sheet shown prior to selection.
The applicable prices and parameters are those visible in the Lyrium path at the time of joining, renewal or requested operation. Any WooCommerce products used for payment are hidden technical products: they collect and record the order, while Lyrium remains the source of the rights, plan, history, notifications and operational application.
The artist must verify plan, price, duration, limits, territories, media, contacts, ranking and conditions before joining or renewing. Lyrium is not responsible for expectations that are inconsistent with the published and accepted plan sheet, except for technical errors attributable directly to Lyrium.
6. Operational differences between Basic and Premium
In the Basic plan the artist does not pay an annual fee to be present according to the published limits. The direct contact details of the artist remain routinely hidden from applicants and contact is made via the platform form. In this stream the applicant can send a request, but the artist initially receives a communication without the applicant's full contact details.
If the Basic artist decides to receive the complete contact data for an individual request, he/she may accept the release by paying the one-time fee stipulated in the Basic plan and in the membership terms and conditions in force at the time of the request. This fee remunerates the provision of contact data relating to the Request, is not a commission on the Artistic Fee, does not constitute mediation and does not guarantee a response, quote, agreement, payment, commission or performance of the event.
On Premium plans the artist pays the fee indicated in the plan sheet for the published period, normally annual unless otherwise stated. Contact requests are made with the data specified in the Premium policy, without payment of the Basic fee for each communication. If the plan includes telephone, WhatsApp, external links, social profiles or other public channels, the artist authorises Lyrium to display these in the plan sheet and acknowledges that applicants may use them to contact him directly.
Premium plans may differ in terms of fee, duration, territories or provinces included, amount of images, audio and video that can be published, level of prominence or priority in search, external links, direct channels, editorial benefits, presence in promotional areas and other functions indicated in the plan sheet. Lyrium does not guarantee minimum volumes of requests, assignments, economic returns or commercial results from the chosen plan.
7. Duration, Renewal, Return to Basic and Payments
Each Premium year starts on the activation or renewal date and remains valid until 23:59:59 on the corresponding date of the following year; if the start date is February 29, the ordinary expiry date falls on February 28 of the following non-leap year.
Unless an automatic renewal is explicitly activated in the payment path, renewal is manual. In the absence of a valid renewal, the profile reverts to Basic. Media, territories and functions over the limit may remain archived but not published, with the retention of elements compatible with the active plan.
A validly purchased plan retains the rights of the paid period even if it is later changed, hidden or made un-purchasable for new memberships. The price and conditions published at that time apply to the renewal or new transaction.
The professional artist, enterprise, association, entity or referrer who joins to promote artistic services does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for consumers in distance contracts. If the artist acts as a consumer or non-professional subject, the applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected, including possible withdrawal within the terms of the law and legitimate exceptions for digital services activated or data already made available with express consent.
Membership, cancellation, non-renewal, deactivation, Basic account reactivation, refunds, chargebacks and corrections are also governed by the document "Membership and cancellation". Refunds or credit notes are assessed in accordance with applicable law, the status of the service, the actual use of the plan, recorded orders and any technical errors that may have occurred. The artist may not claim refunds or compensation for lost assignments, missed opportunities or unachieved commercial results.
8. Contact requests and data received
The applicant may send a request to the selected artist and, in the same step, choose whether to extend it to other similar artists automatically identified by the platform, without human intervention. Requests are transmitted according to compatibility, active plan, relevance, territorial coverage, distance, technical rules of the service and applicant's choices.
The sending or receipt of a request does not guarantee a response, availability, acceptance of the assignment, quote, price, execution, conclusion of the agreement or minimum number of useful contacts. Lyrium is not responsible for the quality, truthfulness, solvency or behaviour of the requestor, except for the direct and non-excludable responsibility of the Manager.
Lyrium may use automatic or manual controls to reduce spam, abuse, manifestly irrelevant requests, or technical anomalies. These checks do not constitute certification of the identity, reliability, economic seriousness, or commercial utility of the applicant and do not constitute a guarantee in favour of the artist.
The artist uses the data received only for the purpose of responding to the request, preparing a quote, handling the possible assignment and fulfilling applicable obligations. Transfer, spam, independent profiling, use for unrelated purposes or excessive storage are prohibited.
By receiving the applicant's data, the artist acts under his or her own responsibility for the subsequent processing necessary to respond, formulate the quote, manage the negotiation and the eventual commission. Any further use requires an autonomous legal basis from the artist and does not concern Lyrium. The artist indemnifies Lyrium against any disputes, sanctions, claims or damages arising from autonomous, improper or excessive processing carried out by the artist after receipt of the data.
9. Categories, territories, ranking and visibility
The artist selects event types, activities, specialisations, genres and territories from the lists governed by Lyrium. The starting territory is used for distance, coverage and positioning and remains included according to the rules of the active plan.
Positioning depends on relevance, distance, completeness of the board, data quality, reviews, membership plan and variable technical criteria. No fixed position, minimum request volume, stay in a specific area of the page or assignment is guaranteed.
The artist remains responsible for the accuracy of the categories, operating zones and information declared. Lyrium shall not be liable for inconsistent requests with incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date data from the artist, except for technical errors attributable directly to the platform.
10. Applicant reviews, references and content
Lyrium may invite the applicant to review the interaction or performance actually performed. Reviews assist in the public evaluation of the artist but do not constitute professional certification, guarantee of results, or absolute approval by Lyrium.
You may report reviews or content that you consider to be inauthentic, irrelevant, offensive, defamatory, abusive or against the rules. Lyrium may moderate, restrict, obscure or remove content according to reasonable criteria, but does not assume a general obligation of preventive surveillance over all content uploaded or transmitted by users.
Lyrium is not responsible for the opinions or statements of applicants, except in cases where the law imposes a direct liability that cannot be excluded. The artist remains responsible for his or her own public responses and holds Lyrium harmless from any illicit, offensive or damaging use contained in the artist's responses.
11. Moderation, safety and prohibited uses
Lyrium may correct, obscure, limit, suspend or remove content, functions, cards or accounts when it detects violations, security risks, untrue data, abuse, circumvention of flows, requests from the authorities or needs to protect the platform, users or the Manager.
The use of bots, crawlers, scraping, massive extraction of data, systematic copying of files or databases, overloading of infrastructure, unauthorised access attempts, insertion of viruses or malicious code, spam, unsolicited massive communication, publication of contact details in fields not intended for that function, circumvention of Basic/Premium flows and any use intended to exploit Lyrium in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the service are prohibited.
When reasonable, Lyrium will inform the interested party of the reasons and allow clarification. Suspension or limitation justified by violations, risks, or abuses attributable to the artist does not entitle the artist to reimbursement, indemnification, or compensation, except for Lyrium's direct and non-excludable liability.
Reports of illicit content, infringed rights or improper use may be sent to the published contact details or to the Lyrium Support Centre, indicating the content or sheet concerned, the reason, the right infringed, the evidence or title available, the details of the person making the report and the declaration of veracity. Lyrium evaluates the reports using reasonable criteria, but does not assume a general obligation of prior surveillance of all content uploaded by users.
12. Artistic performance, leave and professional obligations
The artist is solely responsible for the artistic performance offered or performed, for its availability, the correctness of the quote, the fees charged, invoicing, tax, contribution and social security obligations, local permits, authorisations, copyrights, insurance coverage, safety and compliance with the applicable regulations at the event venue.
Lyrium does not verify or guarantee these elements, with the exception of any technical or documentary controls expressly provided for by the platform. The Artist indemnifies Lyrium against any claims, sanctions, damages or disputes related to the service, its administrative, fiscal, technical, organizational prerequisites, or the conduct of the Artist and his/her collaborators.
13. Service and marketing communications
Lyrium sends communications necessary for registration, security, contact requests, plan status, deadlines, payments, limit reductions, reviews, support and essential service updates. Lyrium promotional communications related to similar plans or services may be sent to the extent permitted and with the possibility of simple objection.
Third party communications or initiatives not necessary to the relationship require separate consent when enabled. The artist is responsible for the correctness of the contact details provided and indemnifies Lyrium from non-receipts caused by incorrect data, full boxes, filters, deactivations or systems beyond Lyrium's control.
14. Privacy, cookies and privacy roles
The processing of personal data by Lyrium is described in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy linked to public forms. Lyrium processes data for account management, profile publication, security, enquiries, payments, logs, support and legal obligations.
When the Artist receives applicant data and uses it for negotiation, quote, or performance, the Artist acts independently for such processing and must comply with applicable privacy regulations, providing its own privacy information when due. The artist indemnifies Lyrium from autonomous subsequent processing, excessive storage, improper communication or use of the data not attributable to Lyrium.
15. Suspension, Closure and Storage
The artist may request the termination of publication and closure of the account, save data to be retained for tax, accounting, security, proof of relationship, handling of disputes or protection of rights obligations.
Lyrium may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, non-payment, false data, technical risks, governmental requests, or protection needs. If the suspension or termination results from the conduct, omission, or data of the artist, the artist cannot hold Lyrium responsible for the resulting loss of visibility or business opportunities.
16. Lyrium's Liability and General Indemnity
Lyrium is only liable for its direct platform, technical management, security, information, privacy and payment obligations within the limits of the law. Lyrium does not guarantee absolute continuity, absence of errors, commercial results, procurement of assignments, solvency of applicants, quality of negotiations or successful completion of events.
The artist indemnifies and holds Lyrium harmless, to the extent permitted by law, from claims, damages, costs, penalties or demands of third parties arising from the artist's content, inaccurate statements, violations of rights, misuse of data, professional conduct, performance, collaborators, tax or social security defaults, permits, authorisations, security, billing, direct agreements with applicants or use of public channels accepted with the chosen plan.
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship with Lyrium is governed by Italian law. For disputes with professional artists, the court identified by the rules applicable to the registered office of the Provider is competent, unless a different court is mandatory. If the artist is acting as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected when applicable.
