Last updated: 11 June 2026. This document supplements the Artists and Professionals Regulations and governs, with contractual effect within the limits of the law, cancellation, deactivation, refunds and payments relating to membership plans and Basic unlocks.
1. Scope
These rules apply to Premium plans, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, reactivations, special payment offers and the unlocking of contact details on a pay-as-you-go basis within the Basic plan. Where not specified here, the Artists and Professionals Regulations, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the terms and conditions displayed during the sign-up or payment process remain applicable.
2. Professional artists, companies, organisations and activity referrers
When the artist joins Lyrium as part of his or her professional, entrepreneurial, associative or artistic activity, organised or otherwise not unconnected with the promotion of its services, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers in distance contracts does not apply.
In such cases, the purchased plan, renewal, upgrade or Basic unlocking are binding from the moment of activation or technical execution, unless a technical error attributable to Lyrium, double charge, mandatory legal obligation or otherwise expressly decided by the Provider.
3. Non-professional subjects and non-derogable rights
If, in a specific case, the artist acts as a consumer or non-professional subject, the mandatory rights provided by the applicable legislation remain unaffected. Lyrium may, however, require, prior to the immediate activation of a digital service or unblocking of data, express consent to performance during the withdrawal period and acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal in cases permitted by law.
Where the law does not allow for the complete loss of the withdrawal, any refund shall be limited to what is compulsorily due and shall take into account the service already activated, the days used, the technical advantages made available, the requests already transmitted, any data already communicated and any non-recoverable payment charges.
4. Immediate activation of premium plans
Premium plans are digital services for publication, visibility, technical board management, territories, media, contact channels and request flows. Activation can start immediately after payment or confirmation of the transaction.
From the moment of activation, Lyrium makes available technical benefits that cannot be returned in equivalent form: expanded presence, card functions, possible exposure of direct channels, priority or visibility criteria, additional territories and receipt of requests according to plan. The non-receipt of assignments, useful contacts, responses or business results does not constitute grounds for reimbursement.
5. Unlocking Basic on consumption
In the Basic plan, payment on consumption relates to the release or communication of the complete data for a specific request. Once the data has been made available or sent to the artist, the technical service is performed and is not materially reversible.
Payment of the Basic release does not remunerate the artistic commission, is not commission, is not mediation and does not guarantee that the applicant will respond, accept a quote, conclude an agreement or confirm the event. There are no refunds for non-agreement, undesirable request, inadequate remuneration, non-response or subjective evaluation of the opportunity, unless a technical error is attributable to Lyrium or a mandatory legal obligation.
6. Deactivation, Downgrade and Non-Renewal
The artist may request termination of the publication or may not renew the plan on expiry. In the absence of a valid renewal, the card reverts to the Basic plan or to the different technical status provided for by the rules of the service.
Voluntary deactivation, cancellation of the card or non-use of the plan during the paid period does not automatically confer a right to reimbursement, unless otherwise provided for by mandatory provision or express decision of Lyrium.
7. Suspensions for violation
If the plan, card, account or unblock is restricted, suspended or terminated due to the artist's infringement, false data, abuse, flow avoidance, non-payment, technical risk, authority request or platform protection, the artist is not entitled to reimbursement, compensation or indemnity for the loss of visibility or opportunity resulting from his or her conduct, except for Lyrium's direct and non-excludable liability.
8. How to send a request
Requests regarding payment, errors, cancellation or refunds must be sent via the Lyrium Support Centre or the contact details indicated in the Privacy Policy, specifying artist name, account email, order or payment, plan or request concerned and reason. Lyrium will evaluate the request according to technical data, registered orders, service status, applicable law and available documentation.
