Equipment and assembly times

The organisation has several venues at its disposal, which can be adapted to suit the requirements of the event and the location.

When operating conditions are straightforward, set-up can be very quick. For complex events, it is advisable to agree in advance on technical requirements, access, power supply and positioning.

Accessibility and parking

Access, loading/unloading, power supply and the positioning of the music stand must be agreed with the venue, particularly when internal moves are planned or there are several musical performances on the same day.

Other logistical requirements

The operational base is Casagiove/Caserta. The operational range can extend to approximately 200 km, whilst requests from within Italy or abroad must be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
