The repertoire ranges from the 1960s to modern hits, including jazz, pop, rock, British evergreens and Italian classics of all time. The set list can be performed as a piano and vocals duo or with keyboard and vocals, and can also be accompanied by a larger ensemble when a fuller sound is required.
For ceremonies and receptions, it is possible to create a bespoke programme, selecting key pieces and arranging them to suit the occasion. The duo can alternate between classical music, Italian songs, international pop, jazz, swing and contemporary tracks, striking a balance between sophistication, emotion and the ability to engage the guests.
Experience and Features
Sara and Stefano Acoustic Duo was formed through the combination of vocals and piano, with a repertoire designed for civil and religious ceremonies, receptions, cocktail parties, restaurants, parties and sophisticated events. The duo comprises a singer-songwriter trained at the Conservatoire and a pianist who holds a Conservatoire diploma, who also performs as a soloist, in a duo and in a trio.
The project’s highlight is an elegant presence – discreet when required and more engaging during festive moments. The duo can accompany the ceremony, set the mood during an aperitif or dinner, and inject more energy into the reception when the programme calls for it. Its compact size allows for flexible set-up, making it suitable for both indoor spaces and outdoor settings with limited space.
This package is particularly well-suited to weddings and ceremonies, but it also works well for private events, nights out, pre-dinner drinks, corporate dinners and any occasion where you need carefully curated live music without a large band.

Equipment and assembly times
The duo has its own sound system and instruments. The standard set-up includes vocals, a microphone, a digital piano or keyboard, with solutions designed to ensure an appropriate volume level in both indoor and outdoor venues.
To organise the event properly, we need the date, venue, type of event, the day’s programme, the musical performances required, the spaces available, details of any nearby power supply, cover in the event of an outdoor venue, noise limits, timings, whether we’ll need to move between multiple areas, and details of the most important pieces.
Accessibility and parking
Before the event, the following must be checked: access for loading and unloading, technical parking, the location of the music area, cover for outdoor areas, electricity supply, any noise restrictions, entry times to the venue and the operational contact person present on site.
Other logistical requirements
Operating base between Bergamo and Monza, with services provided in Lombardy and northern Italy. For the Lyrium slot, the priority area remains Bergamo, with coverage also extended to those provinces in Lombardy that are most consistent with the position and public guidelines.
The proposal should be finalised based on the duration, the number of musical segments, any changes of location, the required repertoire, distance, timetable and technical requirements. For weddings and ceremonies, it is helpful to agree in advance on the entrance, symbolic moments, exit, drinks reception, reception and any non-standard pieces.
