Duo Mousiké provides musical accompaniment for religious services and civil ceremonies with piano, violin and vocals, creating an elegant, romantic and intimate atmosphere for the most important moments of the ceremony. Giusi and Elisa work on bespoke musical selections, paying close attention to the couple’s requests and ensuring the music is in keeping with the ceremony. With a decade’s experience in the wedding industry, the duo are able to guide the selection of pieces and oversee the processions, liturgical moments, the signing of the register, the offertory, communion and the couple’s exit.

Equipment and assembly times

The ensemble consists of vocals and piano, accompanied by a violin, with the option of adding a harp or other instruments where the programme requires it. The duo has its own instruments, can perform outdoors and does not require any special technical arrangements other than those to be agreed upon depending on the venue of the ceremony.

Other logistical requirements

Duo Mousiké is based in Potenza and performs at religious celebrations and civil ceremonies in Basilicata. They are available to travel, and arrangements are made in consultation with the client regarding the programme, repertoire, timetable, chosen line-up and technical details of the ceremony.
