The operational set-up depends on the venue, the number of events to be covered, the duration of the coverage, whether there are multiple operators involved, and any delivery requests. To ensure everything runs smoothly, it is helpful to have timelines, addresses, contact details, information about the ceremony and reception, any restrictions on filming or audio recording, and coordination with the photographer, celebrant, wedding planner and venue.

For video filming, we require freedom of movement, clear timings for moving around, access to the main areas and the opportunity to film without disrupting the ceremony, the guests or the photography session.

It is helpful to have easy access to the venues, parking or a place to unload equipment, clear timings for preparations, the ceremony and the reception, information on areas reserved for staff, any filming permits required, and a point of contact on site.

The operational base is in Tuscany. The service coverage includes Florence, Pisa and Lucca, in line with regional operations and the frequent inclusion of Tuscan locations in published work. Any travel to other provinces, elsewhere in Italy or abroad must be agreed in advance and is not included as standard coverage in the service.

The indicative fee starts at 750 euros. The actual quote depends on the duration, number of crew members, location, travel, film format, trailer, required deliverables and the complexity of the event.
