JD Service is a Padua-based company specialising in audio, lighting, video and event infrastructure. Its services are designed for concerts, shows, corporate events, meetings, conferences, dance, fashion and live productions that require technical design and control room management.

The proposal includes a needs assessment, selection of the equipment, set-up, technical management and support during the event. The inclusion of documented projects and an accredited video showcasing live lighting and sound confirms our experience in working on actual productions.

Equipment and assembly times

To provide a quote, we require the date, venue, set-up and dismantling times, technical programme, stage specifications or rider, dimensions of the spaces, number of participants, available power supply, access restrictions and the name of the technical contact at the venue.

The price is not published as a specific figure: the quote is therefore provided on a provisional basis. The quotation depends on the sound system, lighting, any video equipment, structures, technical staff, transport, the duration of the event and the complexity of the set-up.

Accessibility and parking

Important information includes details on vehicle access, unloading areas, lifts or staircases, restricted traffic zone (ZTL) permits, service parking spaces, floor load-bearing capacity, the presence of a stage, electrical connections, available switchboards, weather conditions for outdoor events, and permitted times for rehearsals and dismantling.

Other logistical requirements

The form is set for the province of Padua, the declared location of the service. Any work in other areas or on-site visits must be assessed on the basis of availability, distances, materials required, technical staff and installation times.

To work effectively, the following are required: technical access, loading and unloading facilities, a sufficient power supply, space allocation, a safety plan, clear timetables and coordination with artists, venues and the organisers.
