Before the event, it is useful to finalise the floor plan, the available electrical power, access points for loading and unloading, set-up times, the distance from the audience, power supply points, the position of the stage or speakers’ table, the number of microphones, any video requirements and lighting requirements.

The technical team can handle delivery, installation, cabling, audio testing, on-site support during the event, coordination with the venue and final collection. For complex events, it is advisable to arrange a site visit or a preliminary technical consultation.

Accessibility and parking

We need details regarding technical parking spaces, access for vans, goods lifts or staircases, loading distances, restricted traffic zone (ZTL) permits, available power supply, noise limits, coverings for outdoor events, permitted times for set-up and dismantling, the venue contact person and safety regulations.
