The repertoire includes classical music, traditional liturgical pieces, pop, light music, film soundtracks and personalised requests. The programme is tailored to the type of ceremony and the couple’s tastes, with the option to specify music for the entrance, symbolic moments, the religious or civil ceremony, the exit, the drinks reception and background music for the reception.
The main line-ups are violin and piano, violin and cello, violin and guitar or harp, vocals and violin, a trio with vocals and piano, and a string trio or quartet. For events requiring a more understated atmosphere, the repertoire can remain chamber music-style and unobtrusive; for cocktail receptions and social gatherings, it can include pop and light music.

Duo Harmonia provides live music for religious and civil ceremonies, cocktail receptions, receptions and private events. They are based in Lecco and are available to travel throughout Lombardy.
The project is centred on a violin and piano ensemble, but operates on a modular basis: depending on the couple’s requests, arrangements featuring a cello, guitar, harp, vocals, or a string trio or quartet can be incorporated. This flexibility allows for an elegant and understated presence during the ceremony, before moving on to a lighter accompaniment for the aperitif or reception.

This approach is better suited to ceremonies, pre-dinner drinks and elegant receptions than to large-scale party settings.
