Service Audio Girifalco provides audio, lighting, video and special effects set-ups for shows, weddings, parties, nightspots, and public and private events. Our work is not limited to equipment hire: we provide comprehensive support for the event, including technical management, set-up, production and on-site assistance, with audio, video, lighting and special effects technicians. Our services include professional sound and lighting, LED walls, screens, trusses, truss structures, laser shows, foam parties, artificial snow, low-lying smoke, hazer machines, Sparkular cold spark effects, confetti cannons, projection and stage design solutions. For events requiring video support, we provide control room services, video projection, LED walls and screens; for parties, weddings and shows, bespoke special effects and lighting solutions can be incorporated. The organisers manage the event with a focus on visual impact, safety, technical coordination and customer support, adapting equipment and timings to the type of venue and the programme.

Equipment and assembly times
The equipment includes Midas digital mixers, ChamSys and ShowTec lighting consoles, Shure, Audix, AKG and Sennheiser microphones, LaserWorld laser systems, modular LED walls, projectors, a Roland video control room, professional video cameras, Bose F1 systems, line array PA systems, Montarbo, FBT, Turbosound monitors, American-style trussing with certified hoists, generators and special effects machines. For wedding and stage set-ups, we can provide party foam, artificial snow, low-lying smoke, hazers, Sparkular, confetti, lettering and polystyrene set pieces. Set-up times are determined on a case-by-case basis and can take between two and four hours.
Accessibility and parking
For technical set-ups, LED walls, structures and systems, it is useful to define in advance access points, loading and unloading arrangements, the available power supply, the installation space and the distance between vehicles and the event area. Comprehensive equipment management enables operational requirements to be coordinated with the organisation of the event.
Other logistical requirements
Operational base in Girifalco, in the province of Catanzaro. The service covers Calabria, with work carried out in particular in the provinces of Catanzaro, Cosenza and Vibo Valentia, and travel of up to approximately two hundred kilometres where the project requires it. The team handles the set-up and dismantling of the equipment; packages, travel arrangements, surcharges and technical timelines are determined based on the venue, programme, audience and equipment required.
