Experience and Features

Daniele Donati Films produces wedding videos with a cinematic, narrative style that focuses on the couple’s story.

The work focuses on imagery, rhythm, atmosphere and narrative structure, paying particular attention to the authentic moments of the day and to crafting a film that remains personal, elegant and distinctive.

This package is ideal for weddings in the Marche region, destination weddings in Italy and international celebrations. It is aimed at couples looking for a wedding film that is meticulously crafted in terms of direction, editing, the selection of footage and the overall emotional impact.

Equipment and logistics

Equipment and assembly times

The package is tailored to the venue, duration and type of story required. This may include video filming, audio recording of key moments, aerial footage where applicable, narrative editing and coordination with the photographer, celebrant, wedding planner and venue.

Before the event, it is useful to set out the timeline, travel arrangements, the rules for the ceremony, technical access points, camera positions, drone permits (if required), final handover arrangements and the relevant organisers.

Accessibility and parking

It is recommended that there be nearby parking or a drop-off point, clear access routes to the ceremony and reception venues, sufficient time allocated for filming and sound, details of any restrictions on the ceremony, contact details for the venue’s representatives, and a backup plan for outdoor events in the event of bad weather.

Other logistical requirements

Based in Monte San Vito, in the province of Ancona, covering weddings in the Marche region, throughout Italy and at destinations across Europe.

The quote depends on the date, location, duration of coverage, number of crew members, any travel required, aerial footage, film format, highlights, additional deliveries and logistical complexity. The information sheet lists the province of Ancona as the main area.
