For venues, country estates, villas, beaches or historic sites, it is advisable to check guest accessibility, car parks, internal routes, loading/unloading areas, electricity supply, cover in the event of uncertain weather, permitted times, rules regarding music and set-up, the availability of accessible toilets, and whether a venue representative is available during set-up, the ceremony and the reception.
