The operational warehouse in Grassina provides a hire service and handles the set-up of audio, lighting and video systems, as well as structures and stages. To ensure the correct set-up, we require a floor plan or site visit, details of the available space, power supply, loading and unloading times, noise restrictions, technical access points, set-up and dismantling times, and the venue’s contact persons.

For events featuring music, conferences or ceremonies, it is useful to consider the running order, the number of microphones, sound points, whether a DJ or band will be present, the need for sound to be distributed across multiple areas, and any requirements for stage or decorative lighting.

It is important to have vehicle access or a loading bay close to the venue, adequate power supply, fixed times for set-up and dismantling, cover for outdoor events, details of staff parking, permits, time restrictions and a contact person on site.

The operational headquarters are in Bagno a Ripoli, in the province of Florence. The terms and conditions cover Florence as the designated area for the headquarters and for client acquisition; any travel or set-up work outside the province must be agreed upon, taking into account distances, set-up times, the necessary equipment, technical staff and the complexity of the event.

The published minimum price is for a hire package costing 86 euros. Comprehensive services covering sound, lighting, video, staging or technical support are to be quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the equipment selected, the duration, the venue and operational requirements.
