The planning process may include supplier selection, timeline management, logistics coordination, graphic design, venue set-up details, personalised wedding websites and digital solutions for sharing information, confirmations, photos and messages from guests.

Elena Bitonte works in Calabria, Southern Italy and across Italy, organising intimate weddings, events with between 100 and 300 guests, celebrations with between 300 and 500 guests, and weddings with over 500 guests. Services include religious, civil, overseas, outdoor, symbolic, themed and eco-friendly ceremonies. The wedding planning service is available from 2,000 euros, with the package tailored to the venue, number of guests, organisational complexity and level of coordination required.
