The repertoire ranges from Italian and international pop, soul, blues, jazz, Latin jazz, bossa nova, 70s and 80s rock, dance, revival, swing, Italian music, mainstream hits and contemporary tracks, right through to more energetic party numbers.
The set list is put together according to the couple’s tastes and the flow of the day: the music for the ceremony, the pre-dinner drinks, the reception, the first dance, the banquet and the after-party can each have a different atmosphere, ranging from soft, easy-listening sets to a more dynamic, danceable live segment.
The band says it is willing to tailor the songs and work on specific requests, so as to ensure consistency with the couple’s style, the audience present and the venue’s layout.
Experience and Features
Montecarlo Live Band is a band from Puglia specialising in live music for weddings in Bari and throughout Puglia. The project was founded in 2005 when a group of musicians with extensive experience in wedding music came together, and it operates as a permanent band under the artistic direction of Donato Spinelli.
The service covers every stage of the wedding, from the ceremony to the reception and on to the after-party, offering personalised musical advice and helping you choose the line-up best suited to the occasion. The band works with musicians who have performed both nationally and internationally, and adopts an approach designed to combine elegance, energy and guest engagement.
The service is also ideal for private functions, corporate events, parties and evening events at various venues, with flexible line-ups and the option to include DJ sets and other forms of entertainment where the programme requires it.

The line-up can range from a trio to a full band, right up to groups of 7 or 8 members featuring vocals, saxophone, keyboards, guitars, bass, drums and, if required, a DJ. The service can include music for church or civil ceremonies, pre-dinner drinks, banquets, parties, live music, DJ sets and other entertainment elements linked to the event.
The band provides its own equipment and adapts its set-up depending on the venue, number of guests, programme, available space, timetable and requested style. To prepare a suitable proposal, we require the date, venue, timeline, musical segments, desired repertoire, any special songs, technical requirements, available power supply and the venue’s contact details.
Accessibility and parking
To be confirmed with the venue: loading and unloading area, technical parking, access for equipment and sound systems, stage or platform space for the band and mixing desk, adequate power supply, cover in the event of an outdoor performance, set-up times, soundcheck, noise limits and a technical contact person on site.
Other logistical requirements
Based in Polignano a Mare, in the province of Bari. The service is tailored to weddings and events in Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria, with the flexibility to travel further afield when the project requires it.
The quote must be calculated on a per-event basis, depending on the line-up chosen, duration, distance, staging, any DJ sets, additional performers, extra hours and technical requirements. For long-distance travel, an adjustment to the standard quote may be applied.
