Events Music & Beats by GianlucaDJ offers DJ sets and musical entertainment for weddings, private parties and events in Piedmont. The project brings together professional DJs and musicians, with a musical programme designed to accompany the various stages of the event seamlessly, offering an elegant, engaging and personalised experience.

For weddings, the package covers the welcome, pre-dinner drinks, reception, first dance, cutting of the cake and the closing party. The service may include collaborative music selection, a vocalist, a wedding dance, a flash mob and tailored musical arrangements for different areas, ensuring a seamless transition between the ceremony, dinner and party.

Equipment and logistics

Equipment and assembly times

The service can include up to five music stations for different areas, a sound system, lighting, a DJ desk, microphones, vocalists and support for entertainment segments. Depending on the programme, live music, karaoke, lighting, special effects and children’s entertainment can be incorporated, without these additional services being listed as the main artistic categories on the programme.

The technical set-up is determined by the venue, the number of guests, whether the event is held indoors or outdoors, whether separate areas are required, the set-up time and the desired level of visual impact.

Other logistical requirements

The operational base is in Turin, with work based in Turin and throughout Piedmont. For each event, the programme, timetable, technical access, power supply, positioning of equipment, any changes of venue and the presence of performers or additional services must be agreed in advance.
