Ciani Photostudio

Before the event, it is useful to finalise the timeline, the addresses of the venues, arrival times, any restrictions imposed by the church or town hall, any drone permits required, areas for couple photography, the reception programme and the point of contact for the organisers.

The technical team’s presence is tailored to ensure the day runs smoothly without disrupting the flow of guests. To achieve a consistent result, it is important to consider the available lighting, filming locations, quick access between areas, a contingency plan in the event of bad weather, and guidelines regarding the music, duration and delivery format of the film.

It is useful to have information on car parking for staff, loading and unloading areas, lifts or stairs, distances between the preparation areas, the ceremony and the reception, noise and lighting restrictions, venue permits, reserved areas during the ceremony, and a contact person on site in case of any changes to the programme.

We are based in Trieste and are available for weddings in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and northern Italy. Prices are quoted on a case-by-case basis, as they vary depending on the duration, number of staff, combination of photography and videography, drone footage, trailers, editing, travel, delivery formats and related graphic design services.

To ensure an accurate quote, please provide the date, the venue for the ceremony and the reception, an approximate number of guests, the timetable, the type of ceremony, any requests for integrated photography and videography, whether a drone is required, and your preferred delivery times.
