Organisers' Regulations

Lyrium Service Regulations for organisers, applicants and consultants.

Last updated: 10 July 2026. This regulation governs, with contractual effect within the limits of the law, the use of Lyrium by public or private event organisers, referrers of facilities, organisations, associations, companies or other parties seeking and contacting artists or artistic services via the platform.

1. Manager and service

The Lyrium platform is managed by Lycnos di Fois Alessandro, Via Don Mosetto, 59, 10015 Ivrea (TO), Fiscal Code FSOLSN59M29B354H, VAT no. 12208440011, Turin Chamber of Commerce REA no. TO - 1318099, INPS registration no. 21798721, INAIL registration no. 18322215, hereinafter referred to as "Lyrium" or "Manager".

Lyrium is an Italian digital service for searching, presenting and making contact. It enables users to view profiles of artists and professionals, search for solutions suited to their event, and send enquiries via the channels available on the platform.

Accessing the site, consulting the forms, sending requests or using the Lyrium streams implies acceptance of these regulations, responsibilities and limitations indicated herein. Minors may only use request forms or operational functions through a parent, guardian or authorised person.

2. Essential flow for the applicant

The applicant uses Lyrium to identify Artist and Professional profiles published on the platform, which may have been requested, claimed or validated by the Artist/Professional, or created by Lyrium as free information profiles based on publicly available professional data. Lyrium provides the technical tools for searching and making contact; the applicant decides independently whether to send a request, continue negotiations or conclude an agreement with the artist or professional.

Any economic or contractual relationship arises exclusively between the applicant and the artist, or the party providing the service, and remains distinct from the Lyrium service. Lyrium does not become a party to this relationship and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for the negotiation, quote, price, payment, performance, cancellation, quality or result of the artistic performance.

3. Nature of the service and absence of mediation

Lyrium facilitates research and contact, but does not provide any artistic services, does not organise the event, does not sell the artist's performance, does not make, for the benefit of those seeking artists, artistic recommendations for payment, does not negotiate terms on behalf of the parties and is not part of the contract that the applicant may eventually conclude with the artist.

For the event organiser, ordinary use of the search, card consultation and request form does not entail Lyrium commissions. Such free use does not give the requestor any rights towards Lyrium in relation to response, availability, selection, price, conclusion of the agreement, quality of service or outcome of the event.

4. Artist and Professional Profiles and on-site checks

The Artists and Professionals profiles are information and advertising spaces. They may be managed, updated or verified by the artists themselves, or created by Lyrium as free information profiles based on publicly available professional data, with the exception of technical elements generated automatically by the platform. Texts, images, repertoires, services, areas of operation, equipment, indicative prices, availability, requirements and operating conditions are derived from statements or publicly available data relevant to the profile.

Before entering into any financial or organisational commitments, the applicant must check all essential elements directly with the artist: identity, availability, budget, content of the performance, timetable, technical requirements, security, insurance cover, authorisations, copyrights, local permits, invoicing and responsibility for the performance.

Lyrium does not verify in a generalised manner the identity, titles, authorisations, solvency, availability, prices or declarations of the artists, and is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, promises, images, repertoires, indicative prices, availability or declarations inserted or validated by the artist, except for direct and non-excludable responsibilities of the Manager. The applicant acknowledges that direct verification with the artist is an essential part of the flow.

5. Data and responsibility for the request

The applicant must enter true, up-to-date, relevant and lawful data: contact details, place, date, type of event, message, preferences and any information necessary to frame the request. If he/she enters third party data, he/she must be entitled to do so and declare it when necessary.

False, abusive, massive, discriminatory, unlawful, irrelevant, offensive, defamatory, unauthorised commercial or data-gathering requests without real interest in the service are prohibited. The applicant is responsible for the content of the request and indemnifies Lyrium from claims, damages, complaints or consequences resulting from false data, unlawful requests, improper use of the form or unauthorised communication.

6. Sending the request and compatible artists

The applicant may send a request to the selected artist and, in the same step, choose whether to extend it to other similar artists automatically identified by the platform, without human intervention. The extension takes place within the quantitative limits selectable from the available options and according to technical criteria of relevance, territorial coverage, distance and compatibility with the request.

The applicant remains free to repeat the operation to contact further artists through new requests. The submission is free of charge and does not guarantee a response, availability, acceptance of the assignment, quote, price, performance or minimum number of contacts.

Lyrium is not liable for the artists' failure to respond, for the automatic selection of further compatible recipients when in accordance with the technical rules, for the applicant's decision to contact or not to contact other artists, nor for the consequences of any negotiations that may have been initiated.

7. Direct contacts and artist's channels

Depending on the plan chosen by the artist, some contact details or links may be visible in the public form, or contact may be made via the Lyrium form. If the applicant uses public contact details, WhatsApp, telephone, external links or other channels displayed by the artist, contact is made directly with the artist and outside the operational control of Lyrium.

Links, social, WhatsApp, external sites and direct channels are managed by the artist or third parties and do not imply approval, control or guarantee by Lyrium. Lyrium is not responsible for the content, timing, arrangements or consequences of direct communications between the applicant and the artist through public or external channels, except for the direct and non-excludable responsibility of the Manager.

8. Privacy and data transmission

The data entered in the form is processed by Lyrium to manage the request, security, logs, assistance and applicable obligations, and may be transmitted to the recipient artists according to the flow chosen by the requestor and the operational rules of the service. Details, legal bases, retention times, data subject rights and contact details are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Once the data has been received, the artist uses it under his or her own responsibility in order to respond, formulate an quote and manage the eventual assignment. For processing after receipt, the artist acts as an autonomous entity with respect to Lyrium and must only use the data for the request received, unless obliged to do so by law or on its own legal basis.

Lyrium will not be held liable for any independent processing carried out by the artist after receipt of the data, except for direct and non-excludable liability on the part of the Manager. The applicant may report improper use through the published contact details or the Lyrium Support Centre.

9. Applicant reviews and content

The applicant may be invited, even with several reminders, to leave a review of the interaction with the artist or the performance actually performed. If the performance did not take place, he/she may indicate this by means of the appropriate option indicated in the communication received, in order to stop further review requests related to that event.

The review must be authentic, relevant, proportionate, respectful and refer to a real experience. Content that is false, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, manipulative, duplicative or unrelated to the experience is prohibited.

The applicant is responsible for the reviews and content he/she submits and holds Lyrium harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from unlawful or damaging content published or transmitted by the applicant. Lyrium may moderate, restrict, obscure or remove content according to reasonable criteria, but does not assume a general obligation of prior surveillance.

10. Availability, safety and proper use

Lyrium maintains the platform with reasonable diligence, but does not guarantee absolute continuity, absence of errors and failures, complete results, compatibility with every device or perfect availability of all artists. Technical interventions, security requirements, maintenance or external causes may temporarily affect the service or lead to its suspension.

The use of bots, crawlers, scraping, massive data extraction, systematic copying of files or databases, overloading of the infrastructure, unauthorised access attempts, insertion of viruses or malicious code, spam, disproportionate serial requests, unsolicited commercial communications and circumvention of technical service flows are prohibited.

The applicant must use the service in a lawful, correct and proportionate manner. Lyrium may limit, block or remove requests, access or content in the event of abuse, technical risk, violation, false data, mass use, circumvention of flows or requests by authority.

Lyrium shall not be liable for suspensions, limitations or blockages made necessary by conduct, data or requests attributable to the applicant, except for direct and non-excludable liability of the Provider.

11. Operational Communications and Assistance

After the request is sent, Lyrium may send confirmations, management, security, service and review invitations related to the experience. Lyrium promotional communications that are not necessary for the service require, when provided, a separate, optional choice.

The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. Lyrium is not liable for non-receipts caused by incorrect data, full boxes, filters, third-party systems, device blockages or channels beyond Lyrium's control.

Reports regarding content, cards, behaviour, infringed rights or technical anomalies may be sent via the published contact details or the Lyrium Support Centre, indicating the content or card involved, the reason, the infringed right, the evidence or title available, the details of the reporter and the declaration of veracity. Lyrium will evaluate them in a reasonable manner and within a timeframe compatible with the nature of the service, without assuming a general obligation of prior surveillance.

12. Liability and indemnities

Lyrium is only liable for its direct platform obligations, technical management, security, information, privacy and communication within the limits provided by law. Lyrium is not liable for the artistic performance, the artist's conduct, whether lawful or unlawful, the artist's failure to respond, the quality of the performance, agreements made off-platform or through any available communication tools, declarations made by the artists, or the fiscal, authorization and organizational obligations of the event.

The applicant assumes responsibility for the selection of the artist, the direct verification of the conditions, the negotiation and any commitments made with the artist. To the extent permitted by law, the applicant may not impute to Lyrium any consequences resulting from decisions, agreements, omissions, payments, cancellations, disputes or defaults relating to the direct relationship with the artist.

This is without prejudice to the mandatory statutory liability of the persons to whom it is actually attributable.

13. Applicable law and contacts

The relationship of use of the platform with Lyrium is governed by Italian law, insofar as it is a service managed by an Italian operator, without prejudice only to the mandatory rules that may be applicable regarding privacy, security, non-excludable liability and consumer protection when the requirements are met.

The applicant may contact the Data Controller using the contact details published in the Privacy Policy, on the Lyrium website or in the Lyrium Help Centre.
