Update date: 1 June 2026. These rules govern reviews, references and rated content published or managed through Lyrium.
1. Function of reviews
Reviews help organisers better evaluate artists and help artists present real experiences in an orderly manner. They do not constitute a guarantee of results, professional certification or absolute endorsement by Lyrium.
2. Origin of reviews
Reviews can come from tracked contact requests, invitations sent by the artist, entries managed by the back office or spontaneous content when the function is active. Lyrium can distinguish the source internally for verification, ranking and data quality.
3. Authenticity and relevance
Anyone leaving a review must describe a real, relevant and recognisable experience. False, manipulated, duplicated, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, hidden promotional, unrelated to the event or aimed at artificially damaging an artist are not permitted.
4. References and cited structures
When the artist indicates references, events, facilities or past collaborations, he/she must be able to prove the veracity of the information and respect the rights of third parties, confidentiality and proper use of names, trademarks and images. Lyrium may limit their visibility in the event of reasonable doubt or reporting.
5. Moderation and reporting
Lyrium may correct formal elements, suspend, obscure or remove reviews and references when they are illegal, irrelevant, abusive, unverifiable or contrary to the rules. Reports are assessed on a reasonable basis, with no general obligation to pre-check any content.
6. Artist's Response
The artist may respond to reviews when the feature is available. The response should be professional, proportionate and respectful; it should not contain unnecessary personal data, improper accusations or confidential information about the event or the applicant.
7. Effects on visibility and ranking
Reviews, completeness, reliability and response management can affect public presentation and ranking criteria according to Lyrium technical logic. No score or ranking is guaranteed in a fixed way.
8. Privacy and conservation
Data related to reviews and invitations are processed for service management, security, quality, proof of interaction and protection of rights. Times, legal bases and rights of the data subjects are stated in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
