We are based in Palermo, with operational coverage across Sicily and bespoke arrangements tailored to the date, location, number of staff and final materials required.

Equipment and assembly times

The service requires the coordinated set-up of cameras and video equipment, lenses, filming rigs, ambient sound, lighting where required, post-production and digital delivery. Depending on the project, additional crew members, drones and printed materials may be required.

For a wedding involving photography and videography, it is useful to finalise in advance the schedule, venues, access arrangements, any restrictions on the ceremony, key moments not to be missed, and the timing of any screenings in the reception hall.

The Full HD/4K, drone, album, online gallery and screenings options must be confirmed when the quote is provided.

Accessibility and parking

We need easy access to the venues, parking or a place to unload equipment, freedom of movement during key moments, guidance on permits and any restrictions imposed by the church or venue, and a point of contact who can coordinate any changes to the programme.

Other logistical requirements

We are based in Palermo and are available for weddings in Sicily; travel to other locations is subject to discussion. Feasibility depends on the date, distance, travel between venues, duration of the service, photo and video requirements, number of staff, and final delivery.

To draw up an accurate quote, we need the date, venue and time of the ceremony, the venue for the reception, the day’s programme, and your preferences regarding photos, videos, trailers, films, drone footage, albums and galleries.
