Experience and Features

Luigi Sauro Photography Studio specialises in weddings and events, adopting a narrative, natural style that captures the genuine moments of the day.

The package includes a photographic reportage of the wedding, from the preparations to the ceremony, from the reception to the couple’s portraits, with a discreet approach designed to capture the emotions, details, light and atmosphere of the venue.

The studio also specialises in portraits, family shoots, maternity shoots, newborn photography, christenings, corporate events and coordinated image and communications campaigns. This service is ideal for couples and event organisers seeking a comprehensive professional service, with a focus on visual storytelling and the option to combine stills and video.

Equipment and logistics

Equipment and assembly times

The package is tailored to the date, venue and duration of the event. For weddings, this may include a lead photographer, any assistants, video coverage, professional photographic equipment, transport arrangements and planning of key moments.

Before the event, it is useful to agree on the timeline, venues, areas for preparations and photo sessions, any restrictions on the ceremony, access to the venue, parking or unloading areas, the organisers’ points of contact, and the final format of the delivery.

Accessibility and parking

It is advisable to have parking or a drop-off point nearby, clear access to the ceremony and reception venues, a point of contact at the venue, realistic time allowances for travel and photo sessions, information on any restrictions on photography during the ceremony, and a backup plan for outdoor events in the event of bad weather.

Other logistical requirements

Based in Ancona, with work typically carried out in the Marche region, particularly in Ancona, Senigallia, Jesi, Osimo, Falconara, Civitanova Marche, Macerata, Pesaro, Fano, Urbino, Fermo, Porto San Giorgio, San Benedetto del Tronto and Ascoli Piceno.

The quote depends on the date, duration, number of photographers, whether photography or both photography and videography are required, travel, venue, requested deliveries, albums, prints and additional services. The information sheet shows the province of Ancona as the main service area.
